Help for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Combining my expertise gained as a special education teacher with clinical experience as a psychotherapist, I can provide therapy targeted to your needs. In addition to supportive therapy to address the emotional issues that often result from ADHD, I can help you develop specific techniques to navigate work, academic, and social environments. By learning and practicing organizational skills, relaxation techniques, and motivational principles, clients gain a greater sense of control over their lives and improve their self-confidence.
*A formal diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) may be required for some treatment plans that include prescription medication, special accommodations at school or work, and for insurance reimbursement for therapy. A qualified psychologist makes this diagnosis, and I can provide referrals for you.
